Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
How to Track Your Order
Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number
After your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the subject line "Your Hello Omni Order Has Shipped." This email will include your unique tracking number.
Step 2: Click the Tracking Link
Simply click the tracking link provided in the email. You will be redirected to the carrier's website, where your real-time shipment status will appear.
Step 3: Enter Your Tracking Number Manually
If the link does not work, copy the tracking number and paste it into the tracking tool on the carrier's official website. We typically ship via the following carriers:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL (for international orders)
Track Without an Account
You do not need to create an account to track your order. Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's website at any time.
Tracking Statuses Explained
Order Confirmed: We have received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
Processing: Your items are being packed and inspected.
Shipped: Your order has left our facility and is with the carrier.
In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier's network.
Out for Delivery: Your package is on the final leg of its journey and should arrive today.
Delivered: The carrier has marked your package as delivered to the address provided.
Delayed: Unexpected circumstances have caused a hold-up. Please check the carrier's website for updated estimates.
No Tracking Number Yet?
If you have received an order confirmation but not a shipping confirmation, your order is still being processed. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for handling. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Tracking Shows "Delivered" but You Did Not Receive the Package
Please follow these steps:
Check with family members, neighbors, or building management.
Look around your property, including mailrooms, porches, or back doors.
Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you have completed these steps and still cannot locate your package, email us at helloomni@outlook.com with your order number and tracking number. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Tracking Shows No Update for Several Days
Carriers occasionally experience delays, especially during peak seasons or customs clearance for international orders. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at helloomni@outlook.com, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
International Orders
For orders shipping outside of the United States, tracking updates may pause when the package enters customs. Once cleared, tracking will resume. Please note that customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control.
