1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed with care within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
**2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been shipped, not after the order is placed.

5. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a certain amount. The current threshold for free shipping is displayed at the top of our website and at checkout. Free shipping offers apply to standard shipping only and cannot be combined with expedited or overnight shipping.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

You can also track your order at any time by visiting the Track Your Order page on our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
7. PO Boxes and APO Addresses
We ship to PO boxes within the United States via USPS. For APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses, we also ship via USPS. Please note that delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take longer than standard domestic shipping times due to military mail processing.
8. International Shipping Information
For orders shipping outside of the United States, please be aware of the following:
Customs Duties and Taxes

Hello Omni has no control over customs processing times
Undeliverable International Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees, incorrect address, or failure to pick up from the local post office, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred.
9. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages. This occurs when items are stored in different locations. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number for each package.
10. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address information
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. However, if your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at helloomni@outlook.com, and we will assist you.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at helloomni@outlook.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to additional shipping fees to resend.
12. Lost or Stolen Packages
Hello Omni is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation from the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

Check with neighbors, family members, or building management

Look around your property, including porches, mailrooms, and back doors

Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us at helloomni@outlook.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
13. Business Days and Holidays
Our processing and delivery estimates are based on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding the following US federal holidays:
