At Hello Omni, we want you to love everything you purchase from our Scarf, Handbag, and Resort collections. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Please read this policy carefully before returning any item.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

All original tags must still be attached

The item must be in its original packaging

The item must be free of any odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Items that have been washed, worn, or altered

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for your return
Step 2: We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and any accessories.
Step 4: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer responsibility: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective item or incorrect item shipped).

Non-refundable shipping charges: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, please allow:

3 to 5 business days for us to inspect the item

5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be granted in the following situations:

The item is returned with missing tags or packaging

The item shows signs of use or damage that did not exist at the time of purchase

The item is returned after the 30-day window (if accepted at our discretion)
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately at helloomni@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will offer you a choice of:

A full refund, including original shipping costs

8. International Returns
For returns from outside the United States, please note:

You are responsible for all international return shipping fees and any customs charges

We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Please clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs fees

Refunds for international returns will be processed in USD at the original exchange rate
9. Lost or Stolen Packages After Return
Hello Omni is not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Refunds will only be issued after we physically receive the returned item.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notice, please check the following:

Contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take additional time to post.

Check with your payment provider (such as PayPal).

11. Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us as soon as possible at helloomni@outlook.com. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
